Privacy
What we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it. In plain English, describing what this site actually does rather than what a template says it might.

The short version
If you fill in a form we get your name, business, email, phone and whatever you type. We use it to reply to you and nothing else. We don’t sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list. This site sets no cookies of its own. Ask us to delete your details and we will.
Who we are
Sallis Digital, ABN 61 299 013 694, operating from Sydney, New South Wales. If you want to talk to a person about anything on this page, email sallisdigital@gmail.com or ring 0428 124 134.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site. Depending on which form, that is:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your website address, if you give one
- Which service you’re interested in, and a rough budget range, if you select them
- Whatever you write in the message box
We don’t ask for anything else, and we never ask for payment details, identity documents or anything sensitive through this website.
What we do with it
Reply to you. That’s the whole purpose. If you asked for the free audit, we also look at your website, your Google Business Profile and your ads — all of which are public — and write up what we found.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your details to anyone
- Add you to a mailing list or newsletter you didn’t ask for
- Pass your details to another agency or a lead broker
- Keep contacting you after you’ve said no — one follow-up at most, then we stop
Who else sees it
Being specific here, because “trusted third parties” means nothing:
| Who | What they get | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Formspree | Everything you type into a form | They receive the submission and email it to us. Based in the United States, so your form data is processed overseas. |
| Your enquiry, once it reaches our inbox. Also your IP address when the page loads fonts. | Our email runs on Gmail, and this site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. | |
| Cloudflare | Your IP address and browser details | They host and serve this website. Standard for any site on the internet. |
| Tailwind CDN | Your IP address when the page loads | The site’s styling library loads from their servers. |
That’s the complete list. There is no advertising pixel on this site, no Meta tag, no LinkedIn tag, and no retargeting of any kind.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own, which is why you haven’t been shown a consent banner. Nobody enjoys those and we’d rather not need one.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It was chosen specifically because it is cookieless, doesn’t fingerprint your device, and doesn’t track you across other websites. It tells us that a page was viewed, roughly where in the world from, and what referred you. It cannot tell us who you are.
We don’t use Google Analytics. It would give us more detail and it would also mean putting a cookie banner in front of you, which isn’t a trade we wanted to make.
Free audit reports
If we write you an audit, it goes on a page at a web address we send only to you. Those pages are set to noindex and blocked in our robots.txt, so they don’t appear in search results — but the address would work for anyone you forwarded it to. We delete old audit reports periodically. Ask and we’ll delete yours immediately.
How long we keep things
Enquiries that don’t go anywhere: we delete them within about twelve months. If you become a client, we keep what we need for as long as we’re working together and then as long as our tax obligations require, which in Australia is five years for anything on an invoice.
Getting your details, or deleting them
Email sallisdigital@gmail.com and ask. You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We’ll do it within a few days and we won’t ask you why.
The only thing we may keep after a deletion request is your email address on a do-not-contact list — because the only way to reliably never contact you again is to remember not to.
Cold outreach
If we emailed or rang you first, we got your details from your own website or your public Google Business listing. Reply with “no thanks” or say so on the phone and you go on the do-not-contact list permanently. We don’t buy lists and we don’t use lead brokers.
Complaints
Tell us first — it’s usually a misunderstanding and we’d rather fix it than argue about it. If we can’t sort it out, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. We won’t quietly alter it and pretend otherwise.
One honest note
This page describes what we actually do, written in plain English rather than copied from a template. It is not legal advice and it hasn’t been drafted by a lawyer. If you need a formal privacy policy from us for a procurement process or a contract, ask and we’ll get one prepared properly.
