How it works

Two ways to do this

Everything here can be bought once and kept. Ongoing management is a separate decision you make afterwards, not a condition of the work.

Option one

One-off, and you’re done

Buy a project. We build it, hand over the logins, and walk you through running it. That’s the end of the arrangement unless you want more.

  • Fixed price, agreed before anything starts
  • Finishes when it’s delivered — no tail, no notice period
  • Everything in your name, so nothing stops working when we stop
  • Come back for another piece of work whenever you want

Pick this if you want a boost rather than a relationship, you’ve got someone in-house, or you’d rather see what the work does before committing to anything monthly.

Option two

One-off, then we keep it moving

The same project, then a monthly retainer for the parts that reward constant attention. You decide this after the project, not before.

  • Month to month, 30 days notice, no lock-in
  • Priced on how much work it actually takes
  • Monthly reporting and a strategy call included
  • Stop and restart whenever it suits you

Pick this if you’re running Google Ads, which genuinely need weekly attention, or you want SEO to keep compounding instead of stalling where we left it.

Which one you need isn’t the same for every service

A website doesn’t need a retainer. It’s built, it works, you update the hours yourself. Google Ads is the opposite — an unmanaged campaign quietly wastes money every week nobody looks at it. SEO sits in between: the setup holds on its own, but it stops compounding the day the work stops. We’ll tell you which of those you’re buying.

Bundles

Four packages

Most people start here. Each bundle costs less than the same services bought one at a time, because the work overlaps — the research that feeds your SEO also feeds your ads.

The $997 comes off

Quick Refresh works as a deposit

1. The audit is free

We review your website, Google Business Profile and ads, and send you the three things worth fixing first. No charge, and it’s yours whether you go further or not.

2. Quick Refresh is $997

If you’d rather we did the priority fixes than do them yourself. At least one of the three is always something you can handle for nothing, so this is genuinely optional.

3. It comes off a package

Go ahead with Groundwork, Momentum or Flat Out and we take the full $997 off the price. No expiry — you don’t pay twice for the same work.

So Groundwork after a Quick Refresh is $2,453, not $4,447. There’s no time limit on it — come back in a month or in two years and the credit still stands. It applies once, to one package.

One at a time

Single services

Already have a website you like? Only need the ads sorted? Everything below can be bought on its own. Prices are a starting point — a 30-page site costs more than a five-page one, and we’ll tell you the real number after we’ve looked. What each service involves →

Websites

Website build, up to 5 pages

Home, services, about, contact and one more. Written, built, mobile-first, and set up on hosting in your name.

from $2,950

Website build, 6–12 pages

Adds individual service pages and suburb pages, which is where most local search traffic actually lands.

from $4,750

Extra page or campaign landing page

One more page written and built to match. A campaign landing page is the same price — built around one service and one ad, with the phone number at the top.

$395

Conversion review and fix list

For a site you’re keeping. Where people drop off, why, and a fix list in priority order — the first few usually cost nothing to apply.

$650

Copywriting, per page

For a site someone else is building, or to replace copy on pages you already have.

$290

Migration and hosting move

Moving an existing site to faster hosting, with redirects in place so you don’t lose rankings.

$450

Search

SEO setup

Technical fixes, page structure, internal linking, and keyword and question research from what people actually type.

$1,450

AEO setup

Answer engine optimisation: schema markup, question-and-answer structure and an llms.txt file, so ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity can quote you accurately.

$950

Google Business Profile optimisation

The listing formerly called Google My Business. Categories, services, hours, photos, Q&A and a review process that actually gets used.

$595

12-month content plan

A month-by-month topic list built from real search demand, so you’re never guessing what to write next.

$1,200

Quick Refresh

Website, Google Business Profile and ad account reviewed, with the priority fixes done for you rather than handed over as a list. Comes off the price of any package you take later, with no time limit.

$997

Advertising

Google Ads campaign build

Account structure, keywords, negative keywords, ad copy, extensions and conversion actions. Built in your own account.

$1,450

Google Ads account rescue

For an account someone else set up that’s burning money. We restructure what’s there instead of starting again.

from $1,150

Conversion tracking setup

Call tracking, form tracking, GA4 and Google Tag Manager, configured and tested so you can see which ad caused which enquiry.

$695

Monthly

Entirely optional. Nothing above requires one. Month to month, 30 days notice, no lock-in.

SEO and AEO management

New pages, content, technical upkeep and the work of staying quotable as AI answers keep changing.

from $1,190/mo

Google Ads management

Ongoing optimisation, new ads, negative keyword work and a monthly read on cost per lead. Or 12% of ad spend above $8,000 a month.

from $990/mo

Google Business Profile management

Posts, photos, review responses and listing updates, so the thing most customers actually see stays current.

$240/mo

Website care plan

Hosting, updates, backups, security monitoring, uptime checks and small content changes.

$95/mo

Conversion testing and improvements

One change tested at a time on the pages that matter, with the result reported plainly. Needs enough traffic to be worth doing — we’ll tell you if you haven’t got it yet.

from $590/mo

Reporting and strategy call

A monthly call and a one-page read on what happened and what we’re changing. Included free with any retainer above.

Included

What isn’t on this page

Google Ads spend

Paid straight to Google on your card, in your account. Separate from everything above, and never marked up. Most small businesses start at $1,000–$2,000 a month.

Domain and hosting

Roughly $20 a year for a .com.au and $0–$15 a month for hosting, both in your name. We set them up at cost and you keep the logins.

Stock photography and licences

If a build needs paid images or a premium font licence, we quote it before buying. Most sites don’t need either.

Pricing FAQ

Before you ask

The money questions, answered properly. General questions are on the home page.

Do your prices include GST?

No. Every price on this page excludes GST, which is added to your invoice at 10%.

Does the $997 come off if I go ahead with a package?

Yes. If you take Quick Refresh and then go ahead with Groundwork, Momentum or Flat Out, we take the full $997 off the package price. There is no time limit on it, so come back whenever you are ready. It applies once, to one package. The audit itself is free either way.

Can I buy one service on its own?

Yes. Everything on this page can be bought on its own. The bundles exist because they work out cheaper than buying the same services separately, not because we will not split them up.

Is Google Ads spend included in the management fee?

No. Ad spend is billed by Google directly to your own card in your own ad account. We never mark it up or bill it through us.

What is the difference between SEO setup and monthly SEO?

Setup is the one-off work that makes the site competitive: technical fixes, page structure and keyword research. Monthly SEO is the ongoing work of writing new pages, earning links and responding to what the data shows.

Do I have to take a monthly retainer?

No. Every project is a complete piece of work that finishes when it is delivered, and plenty of clients take it from there themselves. A retainer only makes sense if you are running Google Ads, which need weekly attention, or you want SEO to keep compounding. They are month to month with 30 days notice.

What happens if the job turns out to be bigger than quoted?

We tell you what the extra work costs and you decide before we do it. You will never get an invoice for work you did not approve.

How do payments work?

Projects are split in half: 50% to start and 50% when the work goes live. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month.

Is Google My Business the same as Google Business Profile?

Yes. Google renamed Google My Business to Google Business Profile in 2022. It is the same listing that shows your business on Google Maps and in local search results.

Free audit

Not sure which one you need?

Send your details and we’ll review your website, Google Business Profile and any ads you’re running, then tell you which of these is actually worth buying first. Sometimes the answer is none of them yet — you’ll hear that too.
